The app #Music offers its users and subscribers an opportunity to discover and access music tracks. Please refer to our Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use. By using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Premium Status description

Premium Status is a service provided and operated by #Music that enables unlimited music playback, and high-quality audio without advertising. Once the Subscriber has signed up, they have access to all the features of the Premium Status :

- Weekly playlists update;

- No advertising;

- High-quality audio.

Once the subscription has expired or has been cancelled, the weekly update of the content is stopped and the advertising is resumed. The tracks can be listened to during the whole period of the subscription, but cannot be downloaded, transferred to or burned onto any medium whatsoever.

We notify the Subscriber that we are not responsible for the advertisement placed in the content provided or posted by third parties, which in time can be integrated with the Application.

The use of the Premium Status requires a high-speed Internet connection. These connections are not provided by #Music, therefore the Subscriber must have a high speed Wi-Fi and/or a mobile Internet in order to use the Premium Status .

The Premium Status can be accessed 24/7, within the limit of the Terms.

However, #Music has the right to make any changes or improvements to the Premium Status as it deems necessary to take account of technical developments. In addition, #Music has the right to temporarily remove access to the Premium Status , without prior notice or compensation, where necessary to carry out maintenance due to technological developments or ensure continuity of service. Changes to Terms or App

We may modify the Terms at any time, in our sole discretion. If we do so, we’ll let you know either by posting the modified Terms on the App. It’s important that you review the Terms whenever we modify them because if you continue to use the App after we have posted modified Terms on the App, you are indicating to us that you agree to be bound by the modified Terms. Because our App is evolving over time we may change or discontinue all or any part of the App, at any time and without notice, at our sole discretion.
